CYBERMATH ACADEMY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Governing Law: State of California)
By registering for any CyberMath Academy program (“Program”), you (the “Participant”) and, if applicable, the Participant’s parent or legal guardian (collectively, “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
•$275 – Commuter (day) students
•$575 – Residential students
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. CyberMath Academy reserves the right to cancel any registration.
2. PAYMENT METHODS AND BANKING DETAILS
Accepted payment methods include:
a. Credit Card
•Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted
•A 3.5% non-refundable processing fee applies
b. ACH / eCheck
•Payment must be in USD
•Client must provide routing (ABA) and account number
c. Wire Transfer
CyberMath Academy does not charge a transfer fee; however, intermediary and sending bank fees are the responsibility of the Client.

IMPORTANT:
The Student’s full name and account reference must be included with all transfers.

•Processing time may take up to seven (7-10) business days
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund Schedule:
•Before February 1, 2026 → Full refund minus application & bank fees
•Feb 1 – Apr 30, 2026 → 20% cancellation fee
•May 1 – May 30, 2026 → $1,500 cancellation fee
•May 31 – June 15, 2026 → $2,500 cancellation fee
•After June 15, 2026 → No refunds
Strict Non-Refund Policy:
All payments become non-refundable after June 1, 2026, regardless of circumstance.
4. ADDITIONAL FEES
•Airport transfer fees are not included and will be charged separately
•5. PROGRAM CHANGES
•Campus changes (May 1 – June 1): $750 fee
•After June 1: Changes subject to approval only
All change requests must be submitted in writing by email that use when you register and payment .
6. STUDENT CONDUCT AND DISMISSAL
CyberMath Academy may dismiss any participant for misconduct, including but not limited to:
•Drug or alcohol use
•Violence or unsafe behavior
•Disruptive conduct
Upon dismissal:
•No refunds will be issued
•Student will be sent home immediately
•All costs (travel, lodging, meals) are the Client’s responsibility
7. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
The Client must disclose all relevant:
•Medical conditions
•Psychological history
•Medications (current or recent)
Failure to disclose may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
All participants must maintain valid health insurance.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CyberMath Academy shall not be liable for:
•Loss or theft of personal belongings
•Injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence
CyberMath Academy is not responsible for acts of third-party providers.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
CyberMath Academy shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including:
•Weather
•Pandemics
•Government actions
•Travel disruptions
If cancellation occurs, refunds may be prorated after deduction of incurred costs.
10. MEDIA RELEASE
Unless declined in writing, the Client grants permission to use the Participant’s image and likeness for promotional purposes.
11. TRANSPORTATION AND EARLY DISMISSAL
If a student is dismissed:
•Parent/guardian must receive the student
•All costs are the Client’s responsibility
If within driving distance, the parent/guardian must arrange pickup.
12. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Client is responsible for:
•Property damage
•Lost keys or ID cards
•Medical expenses
•Additional program costs
Payment is due within ten (10) days of invoicing.
13. ACTIVITY AUTHORIZATION
The Parent  authorizes participation in all program activities, including off-campus events and transportation.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
CyberMath Academy (DBA of Luminio Education LLC) reserves the right to update these Terms.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.—
